This is a great quick meal that can be made from items that I regularly have on hand.
Ingredients:
- 2 (10 oz) cans cream mushroom soup
- 2 (10 oz) cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 4 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 2 Tb dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tb butter, melted
Directions:
- In a 9x13 dish stir together soup, tuna, milk, peas and noodles.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
- Mix bread crumbs with butter and bake for 5 more minutes
